Investcheck is a Shareware software program for performing financial analyses on investments. The financial analysis module allows you to produce an overview of a project prior to actually investing your funds. Investcheck's primary screen lets you enter facts about an investment, including income, expenses, escalations, tax rate, estimated inflation, and two loans. It produces a detailed yearly analysis, with cash flow, sensitivity, inflation factors, and more, that can be previewed and printed. Three additional modules calculate bond time and price; Tbill yield, equivalent yield, and price; and loan payments with amortization tables.
